Regentic is a technology company based in the United Kingdom that develops software products for a range of industries, including MindForge and Keepsake.

This policy explains how we handle personal information on the Regentic website. Individual products may provide additional, product-specific privacy information where their processing differs.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship it relates to, and then delete it. Where information is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for, it is removed.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it.

The Regentic website uses only the cookies and equivalent storage required for the site to function and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

We may update this policy as our products and processes change. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
