Context before capability
A model is only as useful as the context it is given. We invest first in understanding the state of the person and their work, then decide what intelligence is worth applying to it.

Adaptive, not unpredictable
Products respond to change, but within boundaries a person can anticipate. Predictable behaviour is what makes an adaptive system trustworthy rather than unsettling.

Explainable by default
Any recommendation should be traceable to something the user recognises: a recent result, a deadline, a deliverable. If we cannot explain it simply, we do not ship it.

Privacy as a constraint
We collect what a product genuinely needs to function and no more. Data minimisation is treated as a design constraint from the outset, not a policy written afterwards.
